Terms of Service & Legal Notice
By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from Cheer Route, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including all additional policies referenced herein.
1. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia (WA), Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Accuracy of Site Information & Trademark Notice
We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, metric dimensions, rebound pressures, and pricing. Independent Cheer & Gymnastics Brand Notice: Cheer Route is an independent acrobatic equipment and cheer training hardware retailer. Cheer Route is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by AirTrack Factory, Tumbl Trak, Rebel Athletic, Nfinity, or Varsity Spirit. Any comparative references are made strictly for functional specification, drop-stitch thickness standards (e.g., 10cm vs 20cm profiles), and technical clarity. Cheer Route reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.
3. Gymnastic Safety, Spotting Supervision & Puncture Disclaimer
Acrobatic Training & Gymnastic Safety Warning: Tumbling, stunting, and acrobatic gymnastics carry inherent athletic risks of sprains, fractures, spinal trauma, or head injuries. Training mats are engineered to absorb impact shock; they do NOT prevent injuries resulting from poor landing mechanics or unsupervised stunts. Inverted skills (flips, tucks, twisting) should always be attempted with certified coach spotting and proper landing mats. Sharp Surface & Over-Inflation Notice: Always inspect practice grounds for sharp rocks, twigs, burrs, or bindi-eyes before unrolling air tracks outdoors. Never exceed recommended air pressure limits (max 5 PSI). Cheer Route is not liable for punctures caused by uninspected outdoor terrain, over-pressurization bursts, or athletic injuries resulting from improper technique or unspotted stunts.
